Your pre-departure check-list.
Before you leave for Australia, make sure everything is in place for a smooth and stress-free start to your study journey.
Passport
Before arriving, make sure your passport is valid for at least six months. Making hard copies of your passport is also a smart idea in case of an emergency.
Visa
Before you board a flight, confirm that you have a visa that is up to date and in your possession, including an electronic copy of your confirmation of enrolment, or eCoE.
Vaccine documentation
For travel to Australia, you are not required to present documentation of your COVID-19 vaccine. However, for your own safety, we advise all travellers to get immunized.
Flights
Confirm that your arrival date will allow you enough time to get acclimated to your new city and institution before the start of your study period.
Travel insurance
You should also think about purchasing travel insurance, which can help with things like flight delays and some medical expenses.
