Admission
Processing
Your journey to studying abroad starts here.
Applying to different universities is straightforward, but it takes time, research and careful planning. EFINT Consulting is available to support you throughout the process and help you make informed decisions at every stage.
From choosing the right course to preparing for your journey, we help you understand what comes next.
Choose a course and educational institution.
Start by researching the programs, institutions and destinations available to you. Consider which areas of specialization best align with your interests, skills and desired career path.
Once you have identified the right course, explore the educational institutions that offer it and determine which one best meets your needs.
Research your course
Explore available programs, specializations and career pathways.
Compare institutions
Consider campus facilities, location, size and international student support.
Apply to your chosen institution.
Once you have selected your course and education provider, it is time to submit your application. You can use the Enquire Now page to make a direct enquiry with your chosen institution.
Before applying, make sure you understand the academic and English language requirements. If you do not meet the entry requirements, you may need to consider another program or explore a foundation or bridging course.
Each education provider has different requirements and deadlines. Make a note of important dates and allow enough time for your application to be processed.
Let your application be reviewed.
After your application has been submitted, the education provider will assess your application and notify you of the outcome.
Processing times can vary depending on the institution, course and application type. Some applications may take several weeks, with postgraduate applications potentially requiring additional processing time.

Review your offer and secure your place.
If your application is successful, you will receive a letter of offer and an acceptance form from your education provider.
Carefully review the offer before accepting it and take note of any conditions that need to be fulfilled. These conditions must generally be satisfied before the institution can issue your Confirmation of Enrolment (CoE).
Depending on the institution, you may also need to pay tuition fees before your CoE can be issued.
Get ready for your next chapter.
Once you have accepted your offer, it is time to prepare for your move. You can now begin the process of applying for your student visa.
Your letter of offer or Confirmation of Enrolment may be used during the visa application process. However, you must provide evidence of your CoE before your student visa can be approved.
